In my very very very limited experience a white with mylar feathered treble on the rear will make those even more awesome. The other day as the peas destroyed my feathered hook the bites slowed down. When I replaced it (twice) and the fish every cast or so resumed. Oscars cichlids and peas are tough on hooks
