Title: Lets see those Stratos and Javelin Boats
Post by: Donald Garner on January 18, 2022, 07:10:20 PM
Good evening  ~shade
To all the Stratos and Javelin Owners in the UltimateBass Family.  We're doing a little in house cleaning and working on updating some things.  If you have some pictures of your rides please share them with us.  We all like to see those pretty boats.

I'm going back through the older posting and will transfer those with pictures to this new updated posting.

Again welcome to the UltimateBass Stratos Board.  If you have questions or ideas on how to make this a more interesting thread feel free to drop me a PM.

Don

I'll get this started here.

Greetings to everyone,

I have a 2004 Stratos 285 PRO XL Dual Console with Yamaha 150 VMax.   It has been up graded with  Lowrance Hook 7 Electronics, MinnKota Fortrex 80lbs foot controlled TM.  I bought this boat back in July 2009.  I'm the second owner of this boat and I really enjoy fishing out of it.

Great looking Stratos!

Are those bilge vents in the back on the gunnel?

If you mean my picture, then yes, they are vents...

The reason I asked is I don't ever remember seeing them on Stratos bass boats, but I have seen them on Fish-n-Ski models.

It's probably because my boat is only 15'6". Not a lot of room to vent the fuel compartment.
