Title: 41mm ramp the alley 10/28
Post by: strkpr on November 01, 2021, 07:22:26 AM
We hit the ramp at sun up to run the boat after the Summer put away, not expecting much we fished 5hrs cloudy and overcast as a front was approaching.
The P's were sitting on the edge where current was running from the S140 pump station dumping into the alley., Topwater action with Johnny Rattler and Baby Zara Spook was doing the damage. We managed 12 P's most were 14 to 16 inches.
We also had about 6 large mouth the biggie was 16".
Just enough action to keep us occupied.

Beautiful catches. I bet they put up quite a fit too.
