Dang from cat 2 to cat 4 overnight. And the mayor didn't evacuate the inner city...

Well, there is no way to talk about N.O.'s mayor without getting political...
This one is gonna flatten the east slide like last years flattened the west side. Not going to be anything left of the entire coast after this one. If you take to the LockJaw boys they say their area still looks like bombs went off. Once the storm went through and the media left so did all the help. Don't forget LA only has 2 electoral votes....
I've got you all in my prayers. For those in the path please check in when you can so we know you are safe.

What i hate is the media will focus on that one "big city" but really dont cover all these other places, communities, smaller cities, etc. and show how those areas were leveled and also need help......
Hope everyone on the east side of the state makes it out safe.
Fishin Couillon you are so right and then they'll pack their chit and leave in another day or so making the world believe it's all okay now.
The western side of the state still has communities that are devastated from last years storms but no one hears about them...
Yep. Houma, Denham Springs, Grand Isle, Hammond, and many more smaller places messed up but they'll recover on their own.

Had a buddy tell me today that their place near Raceland did ok!
Had another friend tell me her sisters place in Houma had a good bit of damage.
This storm was def crazy.
