Do your kids wear braces? Steal a pack of their bands, they make substitutions for O rings for Wacky rigging.

Do you need a tool to get them onto the stickbait, or are they stretchy enough to do by hand?

Stretchy enough by hand. I double mine over for a more secure pinch.

And according to my grandsons smile, they come in multiple colors,  thanks Lou, now when I see him I will be thinking about neko fishing lol
