Title: Re-gluing rod handle
Post by: edwardo on November 14, 2019, 03:31:07 PM
I have an Abu Garcia Veritas casting rod which I have really enjoyed.  The handle has become unglued from the blank.  Garcia has replaced the rod and told me to keep the old one.  I'd like to repair the old one.  What glue or epoxy do I use?  Any other tips?

Any 2-part epoxy will work... the slower the cure the better though, as far as longevity goes.

Wait for an expert, but I would guess that Devcon 2 Ton Epoxy would work on this.
