Title: LOZ water temp 3/15/18

Water temperature at the 13 mm of the Osage was 44 degrees. Jerkbait, jig and umbrella rig tactics working best. Grub bite will kick in about 46-48 degrees.

Wow 44 degrees... we are fishing 70 here in NW Louisiana. Our spawn is full swing if not ending, time to work my way north to stay in the spawn until June :-*

There was a high school tournament on Truman this past week end and just two fish won it. Still kind of tough.

Truman is water retention reservoir run by the Corp. They may have dropped the lake to prepare for spring rains.
