How often do you use the zoom feature on downscan? I use downscan a lot when I'm not in grass and I started to use the zoom, in 40 or 50 fow it's amazing how it shows what's right below you, you can pick out individual rocks.

Yup, I play with the zoom too. Not a often but, every once in a great while something will peak my curiosity.

When fishing deep water it can be very useful.

Deep being relative I'm experimenting with it 10-20 fow also, I'm finding on the first or second zoom setting it works well but not on full zoom. Down and Side scan just don't work in grass. lo
