Title: Jackplate setback

What is the normal setback on a 2012 Nitro z9 250 Pro xs,im running a 10 now,any gains in speed frommore setback.Thanks for any Info!

10 has been the standard for years,,, all the way back to the 929.  Changing set back has the potential to change a lot with the boat, some better some not so much and may or may not require you to change your prop and or motor height

Thanks for reply,I'll leave it alone and try couple different props,trying to get mid 70 s if at all possible, some say no way others say they running low to mid 70s,always looking to squeeze a little more out of it.lol.
