Title: Bad weekend on Grand Lake
Post by: DonM on July 05, 2015, 04:18:50 PM
There were at least three different tragedies on Grand Lake in Oklahoma this weekend.  My son spends about every weekend at Duck Creek.
There was one crash, one fire while refueling and one incident where two older people were swimming behind their boat and had a generator running.  The fumes overwhelmed them.  One died and a couple more were in serious shape.

It's that weekend. Lots of folks that only ever spend 'this' weekend on the water and are very inexperienced. Not saying this was the cause but usually plays into it.

Prays to their families.
