The JP Bobble Head Jig  features a swiveling Gamakatsu EWG Hook attachment to a football head, that allows the bait to 'deflect' in random directions as it bumps into any available cover or structure.  Attach your favorite plastic bait just as you would a texas rigged plastic bait.   This bait works best by dragging it off the bottom, most bites come as the lure is deflected off an object.

This is a fantastic rock bait. Put your favorite soft plastic on it and crawl it over, through or swim it over submerged rocks and hang on. The head design will prevent the majority of hang ups when working rip rap and other rock formations.
