Title: Time to brag on Nitro Customer Service!

I know Customer Service at any business has its good and bad stories... :surrender:

Let me tell you a good story... ~c~

I bought a 2008 Nitro 929 back in May 2012. Although the boat has a 10 year warranty it is void after the 2 owner. Well, I managed to find a crack in the livewell and noticed it was coming loose from the top cap of the boat after I bought it and became the third owner. After a few weeks of making phone calls and writing letters, Tracker Marine Group (Nitro) told me they would replace both of my livewells and hardware at the factory!  ~c~

They told me it would take 2-3 weeks. After only 2 weeks it is finished and ready. I'm headed up to Clinton, MO on Thursday...I'm going to go by the Bass Pro Shop in Springfield and tour the Nitro Factory while I'm there.

That's great. I have heard some horror stories about customer service on Nitros so it is good to hear a positive one.  ~c~
