Congrats to Tress.

Well fellas... one more month is behind us as we enter into our 4th month of competition. Time is flying by.    The summer bite has been tough for many of us, hopefully this pattern changes for the month of September. Good news however!!  We are about 5 weeks away from our 4th Annual FLBR Classic!!  looking forward to seeing and meeting you guys there!!

Fished the Swamp from 5-9:20. Bite turned on right at dark till well after. TX rigged worm. Also caught a few on 1oz swinging jig head, but all these fish were caught deadsticking the worm.

Lake A this morning, Havoc Grass Pig. This was the furthest I've ever seen a bass travel to get a lure. Saw its wake from 30' away make a beeline as soon as the lure hit the water.

    I wanted to take a moment and welcome all you guys back. It's only the 3rd day of the month and we are at 10 participants already.  We have plenty more spots available for any lurkers or past participants that are looking to up their fishing game. Thursday Sept 7 will be the last day for participation entry. After that, the next open enrollment period for competition will be on Sunday Oct 1st.
