If you're looking for a new reel to try, brand or style I can highly recommend the Okuma Line. Ron Fogelson here in Ultimate Bass can back me up (shoot him a message) he swapped over to Okuma about 5 years ago and has only had one single issue and it was do to being stepped on. These reels are excellent. The casting is smooth, the free spool is amazing (be careful as you'll have to retrain your thumb)..
